My journey began with a smooth flight aboard Cyprus Airways, where I was impressed by the neat, modern A220-300 aircraft. The airline’s well-trained staff ensured a comfortable journey, and I found the seating arrangement—2 seats and 3 seats abreast—ideal for a relaxed flight. Upon arrival at Larnaca Airport, the 45-minute transfer to the resort was efficient, and soon I was greeted by the breathtaking views surrounding City of Dreams Mediterranean, Europe’s first and largest integrated resort featuring a world-class casino and endless entertainment.
This luxurious resort is ideally located near the Salt Lake in Limassol, offering sweeping views of the Fassouri Orange Fields and the Troodos mountain range. As soon as I entered the grand lobby, I could feel the excitement of the bustling casino, setting the tone for an exhilarating stay. Checking in was swift, and I was soon escorted to my Premier Mountain View Room, which was spacious, well-appointed, and featured a large balcony. With its oversized bathtub, fully stocked mini-bar, and twice-daily housekeeping, it was the perfect place to unwind.

The Aqua bar by the pool, Prime Steakhouse, and the Amber Dragon Restaurant, serving delectable Chinese cuisine, left me spoilt for choice. I even tried the local beer, Keo, which was a refreshing treat.

To round off my trip, I took a short city tour of Limassol. The evenings in Limassol are vibrant, making it the perfect place to enjoy local cuisine and soak in the Mediterranean atmosphere.
