DAY 1: ORLANDO ARRIVAL
Welcome to the Sunshine State! Upon arrival in Orlando, pick up your rental car and proceed to your accommodations at the well-appointed and luxurious Waldorf Astoria Orlando resort. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to relax and get acquainted with your new surroundings.
DAY 2: WALT DISNEY WORLD®
Kick off your trip with a magical VIP tour of Walt Disney World®! Your dedicated VIP guide will pick you up from your hotel and begin discussing the day’s plan of action, drawing on their expert insider knowledge of the parks to create the perfect Disney day based on your family’s interests, preferences and abilities. Once you settle on a routing, proceed through a special entrance into the resort, where you will be escorted around the various parks with priority access to the "Most Magical Place on Earth." In one day, you'll be able to see what takes others all week! You'll also enjoy special reserved viewing areas for parades, select stage shows, and nighttime spectaculars.
DAY 3: UNIVERSAL ORLANDO™ RESORT
Yesterday was devoted to Disney, today will be to Universal Studios! Begin your private tour of Universal with a light breakfast in the park’s exclusive VIP lounge with an employee host who will be your dedicated guide for the day. Over breakfast, you will plan your day from start to finish to make sure that no ride or attraction is missed and that all the guests in your party can participate!
During this experience, your family will enjoy front-of-the-line access and behind-the-scenes experiences as well as insider tips from our VIP tour guides, character meet-and-greets and reserved seating at shows. Afterwards, you’ll be escorted back to the hotel where you have the evening to relax.
DAY 4: THE KENNEDY SPACE CENTER
Make your way to Cape Canaveral this morning, where you will explore the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex with a veteran astronaut as your guide. During your tour, you will hear first-hand accounts of what it's like to travel and live in space and gain insight into space programs of the past and future. After touring the centre’s museum, you will head outside to visit some of the compound’s other features, including various launch pads, the exterior of the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) and the Shuttle Landing Facility. After the tour concludes, you will be escorted to the green room for a private, catered lunch with your astronaut. Enjoy ample time to ask any further questions that you may have before heading back to Orlando.
DAY 5: ORLANDO TO CLEARWATER
Today you will say your farewells to Orlando and proceed to Florida’s western Gulf Coast, where you will enjoy a stay on the sunny shores of St. Pete Beach. Check into your rooms at the historic and glamorous Don CeSar Hotel and enjoy some time to experience the beach’s crystal-clear waters and powder-fine sand.
DAY 6: THE CLEARWATER MARINE AQUARIUM
Head to the nearby town of Clearwater for a special VIP immersion at the world-famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Your insider experience includes a private behind-the-scenes tour of the research and rehabilitation laboratory where you will learn about the history of the aquarium and its mission. A highlight of your experience will surely be working alongside one of the aquarium’s trainers to feed pelicans and stingrays and help care for one of the aquarium’s resident dolphins during an interactive experience. You will also enjoy the opportunity to set sail on a brief marine life safari to collect samples of some of the organisms that can be found in the waters surrounding the aquarium with one of its marine biologists. Once your tour concludes, you may continue exploring Clearwater or alternatively, return to your hotel for some rest and relaxation time.
DAY 7: ST. PETE BEACH TO NAPLES
Head south today, enjoying gorgeous views as you cross over Tampa Bay via The Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Then, follow the coast south before arriving in the elegant and relaxed beach town of Naples. Check into your room at the upscale Ritz-Carlton, Naples in time to catch one of its world-famous sunsets.
DAY 8: PRIVATE SAILING CHARTER
Today you will experience Naples from its most flattering angle– on the water. Meet your captain and mate at the dock and board your private sailboat to set a course to the pristine and secluded Key Island. Along the way, keep an eye out for any manatees, dolphins and sea turtles that you come across, then upon arrival, enjoy time to explore the island, hunt for shells and delight in a gourmet picnic. Before departing, you will have the chance to collect and clean any of the beautiful shells you found that you would like to bring home with you as a souvenir.
DAY 9: NAPLES TO MIAMI
This morning, depart Naples and make your way across the Florida Peninsula, travelling along a road aptly named “Alligator Alley.” Along the way, stop to meet your guide for an immersive adventure in the Everglades. Often compared to a grassy, slow-moving river, the Everglades is an expansive protected wilderness area made up of coastal mangroves, sawgrass marshes and pine flatwoods that are home to hundreds of animal species. Learn about the importance of this unique ecosystem as you travel off the beaten path via Jeep and private airboat with your guide in search of the diverse wildlife– ranging from alligators and snakes to bobcats and colourful wading
birds– that inhabit the Everglades. After your tour concludes, return to your car and complete the final leg of your journey, arriving in Miami Beach in the late afternoon. Check into your room at COMO Metropolitan Miami Beach and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
DAY 10: MIAMI STREET ART
This morning, soak up some local Miami culture with a hands-on graffiti workshop followed by a street art tour. Your guide is a local street artist who will demonstrate different can control
techniques before handing the cans to you to experiment! During this experience, you will work with your guide to create a mural and takeaway piece of art. Afterwards, follow your guide on a walking tour of Little Havana where your guide will unveil the area’s off-the-beaten-path art scene.
Next, follow your guide by car to Wynwood. The Wynwood Arts District has become an exciting center for street art with incredible murals created by famous international artists. Your guide will lead you through the district highlighting his favorite pieces and sharing stories of the artists. Your tour will conclude in Wynwood, at which point you will have the opportunity to keep exploring this exciting neighbourhood or head back to your hotel for some relaxing time on the beach.
DAY 11: DEPARTURE
After breakfast, say goodbye to Florida, and make your way to Miami International Airport, where you will drop off your rental car and begin the journey home.
