recently travelled to Thailand for a holiday and had a truly wonderful experience. Everything was well-organised, and the emergency contacts were quick and responsive whenever needed. We a group of 5 people booked for an Iceland Road trip (8 days & 7 nights) through TC”s Ms.Zelie Fernandes. Unfortunately one of us could not make the trip and it was only 4 of us who went on this trip made memorable, mainly due to the well planned out itinerary by Zelie. From the start (planning the trip) till the end, it was a stress free and relaxed yet an enjoyable trip for us. The visa support service prior to the trip to the post trip refund of an optional tour which got cancelled during the trip was to our utmost satisfactory level. Be it the welcome message to us at the car rental company at h The arrival airport to the communication from the tour operator well before informing of the optional tour cancellation in advance due to the inclement weather speaks volume of the service orientation of the Tour organisers ( Zelie and her associates ). The location of the hotels and resorts have been very cosy and comfortable suiting and knowing our taste and preferences . Another highlight are the choice of optional tours and the planning to fit it enroute our drive and was spot on without any time waste. All one wants during a vacation is a stress free, memorable time without getting worried about the daily schedule or the next course of the tour. It was well organised and well provided. The food options in the hotel stays and near the hotel stays had options to suit all kinds of palette. This is our first time with Zelie and certainly it is not going to the last. We thank her for all the services provided to us and appreciate her efforts throughout. If at all anything that can summarise Zelie’ efforts, it is the long lasting memory and experience we gained during the trip. Many of our bucket list items got fulfilled with this trip.
