It was a real pleasure working with Nicky. I had a last minute family holiday to arrange to Koh Samui and happened to get in touch with Nicky for help and she straightaway said yes, no problem. Unsure of what to book so last minute to best suit our family, with a tween and teenager, I was quite flustered and Nicky had an incredible temperament and patience. After listening to requirements, she made some recommendations and was confident one of them would be just the right mix for our family.
