Dive deeper into Cuban heritage with a Cigar Factory Tour, experiencing the craftsmanship behind the world-renowned Cuban cigars. Explore the picturesque landscapes of Viñales, Cienfuegos, and Trinidad, each offering unique charms and architectural wonders. Finally, unwind on the pristine beaches of Cayo Santa Maria, where turquoise waters and white sandy shores await. This itinerary promises a perfect blend of cultural exploration, natural beauty, and relaxation, leaving you with lasting memories of Cuba's captivating allure.


DAY 1 – ARRIVAL TO CUBA – HAVANA

DAY 2 – HAVANA
Walking tour in Old Havana including Cathedral Square, Arms Square, Old Square and San Francisco de Asís Square, among other places of interest. Visit to the City Museum “Palacio de los Capitanes Generales”. Lunch is included in a local restaurant. City tour to Metropolitan and Modern Havana including a panoramic view of the Revolution Museum, a walk around Central Park, Capitolio, etc. Visit to Callejon de Hamel. Panoramic view of Vedado neighbourhood with a brief stop at the Revolution Square and John Lennon´park. Return to hotel. Departure in old American cars to enjoy Cuban traditional son at this homage to the Buena Vista Social Club in Guajirito restaurant.

DAY 3 – HAVANA
Hemingway tour, visit the most important places related to Hemingway's life. Visit to Hemingway Museum at Finca “Vigia” and then Cojimar town. Lunch included at Las Terrazas restaurant, where the famous writer frequently had lunch with Gregorio, the captain of his ship “El Pilar”. Return to old Havana to visit Bodeguita del Medio Bar and the room of Hemingway at Ambos Mundos Hotel. Free time and return to the hotel.

DAY 4 – HAVANA
Cigar Factory Tour in Havana. Admire the skill with which the experts hand-roll those famous Montecristos and Cohibas at one of Havana’s oldest cigar factories. Open hours: 9:00 am-1:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Not open at weekends. The tour takes approximately 45 minutes. Visit the Old Warehouse of Wood and Tobacco. Tour of the factory and lunch included. Free time for shopping in the craft market. 

DAY 5 – HAVANA
Discover Cuba’s revolutionary history through some of the capital’s most historical sites. Starting with a panoramic trip along the Malecón where you will see the monuments of some of Cuba's Independence War heroes, discover how the story then brought the country to the revolution led by Fidel Castro. Visit the Revolution Museum, which was once the luxurious Presidential Palace of all Cuban presidents from Mario García Menocal to Fulgencio Batista. Stop by Hotel Sevilla in Old Havana to see and learn about the most famous mob men in Cuba who had Havana under control until 1959. Visit what most non-Cubans will never get to know, a “bodega”, one of the governmental markets used for the distribution of rationed low-priced food products to the Cuban people and see the price differences by visiting a
fresh food product market (Mercado Agropecuario). 

DAY 6 – HAVANA - VIÑALES
Excursion by the Tobacco Route in Pinar del Río, the westernmost province of the island of Cuba, where the famous Cuban tobacco is grown. Stop at the Tobacco Route Information Center on the KM 118 motorway (Las Barrigonas). Continuation of the trip to Finca Quemado del Rubí, a tour of the house to cure tobacco and planting (during the growing season); As well as by the humidor and other facilities of the place. Creole lunch included. Appreciation of the preparation of cigars with leaves of the estate. Departure towards the Viñales Valley, a place of incomparable beauty formed by mogotes, rocky massifs with vertical walls and rounded summits. Visit the Mirador de los Jazmines and the Mural of Prehistory with a great cave painting (Modern) that represents the geological and biological evolution of the species. 

DAY 7 – VIÑALES – CIENAGA DE ZAPATA – PLAYA GIRÓN
Departure to Ciénaga de Zapata. Stop in Fiesta Campesina (Tasting a typical Guarapo or Cuban coffee, included). Departure to Playa Girón for visiting the important museum related to the Bay of Pigs invasion. Lunch is included in a local restaurant. Accommodation and night at disposal.

DAY 8 – PLAYA GIRÓN - CIENFUEGOS
Time for snorkeling at Playa Girón. Departure to Cienfuegos. Lunch is included in a typical restaurant. Visit Jose Marti Park with an explanation of the history and architectural style, a visit to Tomás Terry Theatre, to local markets around the Boulevard and a visit to Palacio del Valle. 

DAY 9 – CIENFUEGOS - TRINIDAD
Departure to Trinidad. City Tour. This walking tour offers you an introduction to Trinidad a UNESCO world heritage site. Our local expert guide will talk you through the history of the town by visiting its architectural high points and give you some insight into its complex history both in the colonial period and in the years after the revolution. Stop at "The Canchánchara", famous for its typical drink made with brandy, honey and lemon (degustation of one cocktail included). Lunch is included at the restaurant. Visit to Palacio Cantero museum. 

DAY 10 – TRINIDAD – TOPES DE COLLANTES - TRINIDAD
Departure to Topes de Collantes. The great natural park Topes de Collantes is situated between Playa Giron and Trinidad. It's a place of extraordinary beauty and great scientific value for Cuban botany, zoology and ecology. This protected area of 200 square km has a great number of endemic species of flora and fauna. Tour by jeep 4x4 or Russian truck 6x6 to “Guanayara”, including a mountain ride going through the intricate paths of the Escambray Sierra up to Charco Azul, walking along Guanayara river to the waterfall “El Rocio”, adventure in the river. Time for swimming in the Venado water pond. Visit to “La Gallega” house for lunch included and a little rest. 

DAY 11 – TRINIDAD - VARADERO
Departure to Varadero. 

DAY 12 – 13 - VARADERO
Days at leisure in an all-inclusive resort.

DAY 14 – VARADERO – HAVANA AIRPORT
