I have known Ceylan since 2017 while she was in a different field. She is always kind, serious, friendly, and patient in her business. Our stay in Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha was fantastic. Since we could not find a place to eat within walking distance nearby, we upgraded to 'all inclusive' at the entrance, and we were pleased with the food. Our tour guide was very good, he made revisions so that we could travel by car, especially for my mother and father - as they were of advanced age - so it was better to have a private tour. We did not have any problems with transfers between the hotel and the airport. It was very smooth. So, overall, we are satisfied, and my parents also express their gratitude. I wanted to extend a huge thanks for your organisation and arrangement of our travel plans to Turkey. It was our first overseas trip, since Covid - and I was nervous about all the details and the “what to dos”. Pandemic travelling is a risk and I needed to have the best advice and guidance for us. You surpassed this! You made the arrangements so seamlessly, were open to my feedback and needs and communicated effectively and efficiently. You answered my endless questions with a friendly response and clear communication. I never found that I couldn’t ask a question or that any question was not worthy. We organised the whole trip over Whatsapp which is incredible! I loved how you checked into our flights for us, organised for transfers, and checked in on us during the trip. You were always available and that is amazing. We decided to shorten our trip by 6 days, due to the threat of Omicron and unpredictableness of borders and closures and restrictions, and you made those changes seamlessly for us. I am truly grateful for that. We loved Turkey so much, created beautiful memories as a family and had incredible experiences and that is because you did an outstanding job, getting us there. I feel that I have gained a friend, not just a travel lady, as you are so friendly, approachable and professional all rolled into one.
