Discover the iconic country of Cambodia on this exciting six-day guided tour. Staying in first class hotels throughout and with a range of fascinating excursions all included, there’s never been a better time to visit incredible Indochina.

Your family-friendly tour begins with a two-night stay in the capital of Phnom Penh. After a restful night’s sleep in your specially selected 4* hotel, you’ll head out to explore the city. Visit the Royal Palace built in 1866, see the Silver Pagoda located within the Royal Palace compound and marvel at the National Museum, which is exclusively dedicated to Khmer arts. After some time at leisure to further explore the city, take part in a street food tour in the late afternoon. Street food has always been an essential part of Phnom Penh’s daily life and culture, and this private tour led by a local chef will give you the chance to experience the rich diversity of traditional Khmer cuisine. Taste a variety of unusual dishes and gain a deeper knowledge of the local life as you spend time with your amazing host. Bidding farewell to Phnom Penh, travel to Battambang – the country’s second largest city. On your way, you’ll make several interesting stops, the first one being the Tonle Sap Lake riverside, followed by Kompong Chhnang. Admire the different floating villages, before calling at Pursat, where you’ll visit a workshop to see the locals crafting marble into sculptures, such as little Buddhas and Lingas.

The next day in Battambang, it’s time to explore this charming city. Your tour starts at an ancient pagoda named Wat Balat, before the chance to see local houses unchanged for generations, as well as rice paddies, local workshops and daily activities such as the preparation of sticky rice and the traditional fish paste, prahok. With the local children waving and greeting you as you travel along, it’s sure to be an unforgettable experience. In the afternoon, admire the elegant colonial French-style houses along the river, visit the provincial museum and the superb 12-13th century temple, Prasat Banon. The final stage of your Cambodian adventure takes you to spectacular Siem Reap, your base for exploring the awe-inspiring Angkor region. Visit the majestic Angkor Thom, marvel at the Bayon Temple, admire the historic Elephant Terrace and visit the most famous temple of them all – the incredible Angkor Wat. On your final day, you’ll also visit Kompong Khleang, a traditional village where all the houses are on stilts. Travel by boat over the canals to a large lake where people live on the water; their houses moving with the rhythm of the seasons. Combining an exceptional natural environment with breath-taking views, it’s the perfect place to round off your captivating family-friendly adventure.
