Hello, I’m Paula Madsen and a very warm welcome to my page! Travel is my passion and I’m sure you will agree, one of life’s greatest pleasures. It would be my absolute pleasure to help you plan and make your next trip a reality.

A little bit about me: I’m originally from Scotland but have called Dubai my home since 2008. My career in the travel industry began back in 2003, working as an Overseas Representative in Greece and Spain for a major tour operator. Following that, I became Cabin Crew with a UK-based airline.

To broaden my horizons, I relocated to Dubai, joining their large regional airline as Cabin Crew, eventually progressing to the role of Cabin Supervisor. I spent 8 wonderful, enriching years travelling the globe, visiting over 50 countries and taking in sights such as the Great Wall of China, Christ the Redeemer and Niagara Falls, to name a few. More recently I diversified into the Cruise Industry, managing turnaround operations for industry-leading cruise lines. I'm now a full-time Mummy who has recently discovered the challenges we face when travelling with our favourite little people.

As you can see, I have the first-hand knowledge, expertise and passion for travel to plan your perfect trip down to the last detail. You can also rest assured I will be by your side every step of the way to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.

As a Travel Counsellor, I work with a wide range of worldwide suppliers. There are no ties to any particular company, so quite simply, I will find the best, unbiased, options to create your perfect trip.
