Hi Alison, Thank you for arranging our trip to Ozen in the Maldives. I've been to a few islands in the Maldives but this was one of the best. The food was excellent and we were there for 7 nights and we had something different every single night. This was one of the most personal resorts which I have been to as you have a private butler who is always helping you with anything via WhatsApp. You also have the same person cleaning your room each day so they become friends during your stay. It was super clean and all of the staff were really friendly and helpful. They do a couple of excursions also, one of which was out to see the dolphins and we were lucky enough to see them. We got so close to them they were almost touching our feet! It was a brilliant trip and we would recommend it to others. Thanks again!

From start to finish, Angela was always on hand to help with our booking to the Maldives. We had no clue where to begin with resorts, so she sent us all the options within our budget and we were so happy with the one we chose. She was so helpful with booking the travel insurance for us, and reminding us to complete all the necessary forms for travel - which we would never have known about. Angela also reminded me that my son's passport is due for renewal - where would i be without her?! Would highly recommend Angela for any travel bookings. She made our lives so much easier - especially with travel rules constantly changing. She is on top of it all. Thank you Angela!!

We booked to go to the Ritz Carlton al Wadi through Joanna and she was absolutely amazing! She managed to get us an amazing deal for the two nights in a lovely villa with private plunge pool. From start to finish she was on hand to make sure we had an amazing time sending all of the activities and menu choices before our stay and assisting in booking things to make the stay so much more memorable. She managed to arrange an early check in with the hotel and some lovely birthday celebrations including a fantastic cake and chocolates! I can highly recommend Joanna for any of your travel needs, I will definitely be using her again for any travel in the future as she makes the holiday even more enjoyable right from the time of booking.

Basel's strengths come naturally from his passion for travel and his helpful attitude. In addition to his wonderful sense of creativity. Basel took care of my trip to South America that included around 14 flights & 10 hotel stays. He didn't only make sure that I get best deals on all domestic sectors, he studied the fare rules and luggage allowance for each airline to avoid any surprises. Basel's has saved me money by not looking for the cheapest options rather for the best value. Lastly, I realised the importance of having a caring travel agent, when Basel called me from UAE to Cusco in Peru (despite the huge time difference) to make sure I get on my train trip to Machu Picchu when my driver was unable to reach me.
